Sadie & Chris Wedding, Georgeham and Barnstaple Hotel

My day started at Sadie's parents house in Barnstaple where Sadie and her bridal party where all getting prepared. Then it was onto the village of Georgeham for the church ceremony, where I found Chris having his final drink as a single man with his groomsmen in the Kings Arms next door. Soon the guests started to arrive and packed out the church in anticipation for Sadie's arrival.

Sadie and Chris really wanted to have some of their bride and groom photos in nearby Croyde, so with a bit of wrangling by Chris, we got permission to shoot at the field overlooking Croyde Beach. It was a bit windy up there, but I managed to get some nice shots of the newlyweds in a beautiful setting.

The dining room set up at the hotel looked amazing with some lovely personal touches arranged by Sadie, such as the sunglasses for everyone and voucher for a Hockings ice cream for each guest. Anyone who has ever tasted a Hockings knows it has to be the finest Ice Cream! Just what was needed for a hot day. They also had one of the coolest wedding cakes too!

After the wedding breakfast, everyone was ushered out to the bar area and outside, where the Hockings van was serving up some tasty ice cream, while the room was transformed for the evening party.
